|ANNOUNCING A NEW BUSINESS BANKING OPPORTUNITY|
As of November 30, 2015, BankGloucester will no longer offer the Bottomline Technologies Cash Management System that you have been using. After analyzing features and benefits, competitive products, and general usability issues, we have decided to move all our business customers to the same online banking platform used by our retail customers.
The Digital Insight platform will give you all the features of the Cash Management system, plus the following:
• BG Mobile Apps for iOS, Android phones and tablets, and Kindle tablets
• BG Mobile Remote Deposit Capture
• Access to e-Statements
• Friendly and easy to use interface
• Single Sign-On access to desktop Remote Deposit Capture
• Self-service password reset and unlock feature
You can sign up for the new e-Banking by going to www.BankGloucester.com and clicking on the link that says sign up. Fill in the registration application, including the Business Name and, IMPORTANT, the EIN of the business, not your personal Social Security Number. We will verify the information and send you a confirmation email.
If you use Bill Pay, please call Lisa Carlson at 978-283-8200, x244 when you sign up so we can import your payees to your new account.
If you sign up as a business, you may link your personal accounts to the same e-Banking account. You may also keep personal and business separate by using your SSN for personal and a second account for business using your business’ EIN.
If you already use the DI product for all your e-Banking, you don’t need to do anything.
